Nice place to stay. Gardens are excellent & secure parking very good. I would stay again if we visited Cairns again.
Loved the room and outlook and the grounds
Checking out experience very cold after such a lovelly stay didn't even say did you have a good stay after payment walked away without even a good bye. Pool hours a b it late for guests with pool view to noisy
the whole feel of the resort was excellent from the time you entered reception. There was plenty to do or lots of spots to relax by the pools.Close to the city and shops but peaceful at the same time.
Family enjoyed all aspects of our stay, especially the security. It was very reassuring.
We were disappointed that the games room for the children was tucked away in a little, dark and very hot room above the retaurant. We also had to pay for all games!
The room was good for us as a family and the service/cleaning of the room was very good. The pools were great with choice and proximity
The check in was handled poorly by the receptionist. Probably the worst and rudest in the world !! The pools were cold. The sauna was ancient and took hours to warm up (only able to book for an hour !) The 'late night' bar, shut at 9.00pm most nights and would not serve after this time !!
The pool was right outside our room.
In need of major repairs to outside structure and internal structure. Seems old and tired. The fitness room was not operational and was taped off. Price increased because of eclipse. Not worth rhe dollars.
Staff were very helpfull especially behind check in counter. Pool and BBQ area always kept very clean and tidy.over all had an amazing time at the lakes and would recommend you g couples , and families to go here.
Was a very comfortable, roomy place to stay!
Friendly and helpful reception staff - especially with organising Green Island trip. Good on site restaurant. Lovely birdlife and surrounds. Good value rooms.
Unfortunately spa unavailable on a Monday ( training) and only one therapist on Tuesday - so unable to have massage. Gym under maintenance.
Great presentation and clean looking. Good facilities.
Reception staff were not at desk to serve straight away. Had to leave keys on desk as no staff were to be seen.
The accommodation was lovely & spacious and very well equipped. The pool was fantastic for our 18 month, 9 & 14 year olds. You certainly need a car to get about. The car park was extremely tight, no good for big cars!!
We requested ground floor for our 18 month old but got top floor, which was 3rd floor?? Also the 2nd bedroom had a double bed for my 15 yr old daughter & 9 year old son, not really practical!!
For us it is close to family who live in Edge Hill.
On our 2nd stay there was no shampoo or soap in our bathroom.
Facilities were good, staff friendly and helpful, 24 hour reception, centrally located, secure parking, great balcony area
No lifts for upper apartments
Lovely spacious apartment, lots of room for the kids to move!
the pools where lovely the streets where clean and fresh and the rooms where lovely for two families to share,
we asked for the fan to be fixed on the balcony and never was, also as we had heavy luggage, my husband hurt his back carrying luggage up threes flights of stairs we would certainly want a lift next time we stay, otherwise a lovely holiday
